In depth weekly Fantasy Baseball musings…

We’ve reached the Fantasy Baseball, halfway point. Which fantasy offenses can we count on for Fantasy Baseball production? #21 to 30 below are hit and miss. #12 to 20 are good teams for good players. #6 through 11 are teams to look to hook into any hot hitter. #1 to 5 are teams where all regular roles should be owned players.
1. Astros (Role players playing up, stars being stars)
2. Dodgers (Clay, JT, C-Seags, C-Tay- lineup made for Hollywood lights)
3. Indians (remember when J-Ram was just a placeholder for Lindor?..’bout that)
4. RedSox (balanced, but who scares ya besides Mookie?)
5. Reds (seems laughable, but do you want your team facing them?)
6. D’Backs (they keep winning, they keep hitting, better than sum of the parts)
7. Nationals (if only Eaton and Turner were healthy, Z-man regression too)
8. Rockies (seems like their offense gets weary mid-season, still good tho)
9. Cubs (like a monster engine that don’t start…)
10. Brewers (all or nothing mostly, seems like always 2 or 3 guys hot tho)
11. Orioles (Mancini effect, still have guys scuffling-ones we thought would rake)
12. Mariners (injuries in play, too shallow to nudge upwards, even with Zunino ’17)
13. Rays (Best Rays offense….ever? And without a star…)
14. Cardinals (Prolly underrated…but why?.. hard to say…exactly!)
15. Rangers (their stars are better than this, Andrus is not their best hitter…)
16. Marlins (they’d be top 8, if Giancarlo was still Mike)
17. Tigers (it’s like watching local softballers run the bases, it really is)
18. Royals (buyers?, sellers?, no seller this year!, cellar next year?)
19. BlueJays ( if E5 meant this much, that’s Bonds-less Bucco territory)
20. Yankees (they need guys…and guys back…and hot guys to stay hot)
21. Twins (did they really pass on selling Dozier last summer?)
22. Braves (Matt Kemp has come and gone away…)
23. Mets (they paid Cespedis to provide Offense, anyone remember that?)
24. Pirates (Cutch is back-ish, Marte on the horizon, Polanco is somewhere?)
25. Angels (Trout, Maybin and no one…Cliff Pennington! I rest my case)
26. Giants (Posey and Belt get them here, not another upper Division regular tho)
27. WhiteSox (Abreu heating up helps, Davidson and Garcia are predictably failing)
28. A’s (well, they get to use a DH, so there is that, but lineup is 2 hitters deep)
29. Padres (is a plan, with no momentum, still a plan?)
30. Phillies (I didn’t see this kind of free fall coming, they are AWFUL!)
